Pumpkin and tonka bean cream: A delightful pumpkin cream enhanced with white truffle, served with mascarpone crostini, macadamia nuts, chives, and a touch of truffle oil. For this delicious dish, in addition to the exclusivity of white truffle, we introduce the intriguing flavor of tonka bean, also known as the “forbidden seed.”

Braised short rib: Our short rib is perfectly cooked in a rich truffle jus, accompanied by creamy salsify and fresh mustard greens. Each bite offers a unique flavor experience with unmatched tenderness, enhanced by truffle demi-glace and a hint of spiciness.

White chocolate tart: For dessert, we invite you to enjoy our white chocolate tart with a dark chocolate sponge base, covered with white chocolate and nuts. The yogurt frosting and red berries complement this exceptional dessert, flavored with white truffle oil.
