1. Acceptance

By using this website, making a reservation or booking any of our experiences, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of this website

Everything on this site is provided for information. We keep it as current as we can, but menus, hours, prices and experiences may change without notice. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with how it works or with its content.

3. Reservations

• Reservations can be made through [OpenTable / phone / website] and are subject to availability.
• Parties of 10 or more may require additional confirmation, a guarantee or a pre-set menu.
• Requests for a specific table or area (terrace, view, dining room) are honored when possible but cannot be guaranteed.

4. Signature experiences and offers

Kobe Experience

Certified A5 Kobe beef, Filet Mignon or Rib Eye, prepared tableside and served with vegetables, udon with tofu and sukiyaki. Minimum order of [100 g]. Subject to product availability.

Prime Rib

Available [weekends] only. Minimum portion of [400 g]. Because it is slow-roasted, daily availability is limited. Available exclusively at Harry’s Los Cabos.

Business Lunch

• Available exclusively at Harry’s Playa del Carmen and Harry’s Polanco.
• Price: $750 MXN per person.
• Playa del Carmen: Thursday and Friday, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
• Mexico City – Polanco: Monday through Friday, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
• Includes a choice of three courses. Beverages and dishes outside the Business Lunch menu will be charged separately according to the current menu prices.
• Not valid on holidays or special dates.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions or experiences.

Happy Hour

• Available only at Harry’s Los Cabos.
• Daily, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
• Valid in the bar area only. Not available at restaurant tables, the terrace or other areas.
• Applies to selected drinks only; the selection may change without notice. Ask your bartender or server for the current list.
• Cannot be combined with other offers.

Live music and events (including Lumière Series)

Dates, times, performers and set lists may change for reasons beyond our control. Some events may require a reservation, minimum spend or ticket; this will be stated for each event.

5. Prices, payment and gratuity

• All prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT (IVA).
• We accept cash, credit and debit cards.
• Gratuity is not included and is entirely at your discretion.
• Prices shown online are for reference; prices at the restaurant at the time of service apply.

6. Private events

Private dinners, corporate events and celebrations are governed by the terms set out in the corresponding quote or agreement, including deposits, guarantees, guest count and cancellation policy.

7. Allergies and dietary requirements

Please let your server know about any allergy or dietary requirement before ordering. Our kitchen handles shellfish, nuts, dairy and gluten, so we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free of traces.

8. Alcohol

Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 and over, and we may ask for a valid ID. We may stop serving alcohol to any guest who appears intoxicated, for their safety and that of others.

9. Right of admission

To protect every guest’s experience, Harry’s may refuse service to anyone whose behavior affects the safety, comfort or operation of the restaurant. This will never be applied on discriminatory grounds. [Dress code, Formal /Casual].

10. Offers and promotions

Every offer, benefit or special experience has its own conditions, validity, hours, participating locations and availability, which will be stated in each case. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined.

11. Photography and content

We may take photos or video during special events for brand communications. If you would rather not appear, just let us know.

12. Intellectual property

The Harry’s name, logos, photography, copy, menus and all other content on this site belong to Harry’s. They may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

13. Third-party links

This site may link to external platforms such as OpenTable or social media. Harry’s is not responsible for their content or policies, which are governed by their own terms.

14. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice, available at https://harrys.com.mx/aviso-de-privacidad/

15. Limitation of liability

Harry’s is not liable for website downtime, typographical errors or changes caused by force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Mexican law.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on this site is always the one in effect.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, including the Federal Consumer Protection Law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of México City, without prejudice to the authority of PROFECO, Mexico’s consumer protection agency.
